The Hideaway Restaurant and Bar is a one-of-a-kind quirky, family run establishment.
Perched atop the cliff at Shanklin, The Hideaway's nautical interior and large garden boasts some of the best sea views of any restaurant on the Island.
We have developed a unique dining experience for all of our guests using fresh and sustainable ingredients. The Hideaway Restaurant and Bar takes you on a culinary journey: each dish reflecting our passion for the highest quality food presented in a simple yet pleasing manner. The Hideaway Restaurant and Bar is the place where great cooking and a fantastic vibe meet. Our food is delicious and various options are available (vegetarian, gluten free) and kids catered for.
Our Bar serves a selection of local ale on draft or bottled and a range of Mermaid spirits all brewed on the Island. Draft lagers and our own stunning cocktails are also available! We welcome diners of all ages and, of course, our 4-legged friends! We would recommend booking as we get very busy (especially during the holiday season!) and we hate to disappoint!
